The nice folks at Sun Pass just e-mailed out a newsletter informing it’s users of upcoming news and added benefits to the system. Now, this is a great way to communicate! At least we’re not being kept in the dark. Which is why we can’t understand MDX’s excuse that they don’t have access to the Sun Pass customer e-mail list.
Here’s a suggestion for MDX: Prepair a newsletter with all the new project, road closures, upcoming community meetings, board meeting announcements, etc. and ask Sun Pass to send it out on MDX’s behalf. What could be so hard about that?
MDX, get with the program, it’s 2011!
