We will be discussing ideas on how we can effectively organize to oppose the new tolls on 874, 878 and other future tolls/project by MDX(Miami Dade Expresway Authority). We are against any future privitazation of roads or highways in the county. Of course we will provide attendees the opportunity to voice their concerns and frustration about the new tolls. Because of time constraints we will have a limit of 6 resident speakers drawn by lottery at the meeting. Each speaker will have a 5 minute time limit. If you would like speak at the meeting please get there before 7:30 pm and sign up.

Three years a go my life was affected terribly for this mater!!
A police stoped me because my driver license was suspended! He said that it was
for tickets going through a toll I never knew it was a toll!! more than twenty times I passed through!! I needed to pay $5,000 USD!!
My credit, my driver’s record, my income was destroyed by the tolls tickets. I never received because my plate was with another address. This happened 3 years ago. I went to court, frustrated by a MDX representant who managed the judge for me to pay about $ 5,000 USD, because I said I wasn’t guilty.
I couldn’t pay, I lost my car, m…y job, I was emotionally affected for all this abuse!! Thanks God I found this! I will be there in the meeting!!
Congrat on keeping the movement and Roll Back Mission on the burner, even hotter now than it was a year ago. Happy Anniversary!!! You are involved with MDX, seeing how it is “working” and the County, State officials who enabled it to happen. Now to bring it back to a realistic situation, back to the people, not the Ponzi. m
